Rental

N.1 the vehicle is insured for the third party liability by means of a normal automobile insurance policy with the maximum limits provided by law in the country where the vehicle is registered. The company Autonoleggio Ragusa will not be held responsible for any damage exceeding the limits of the above policy. The driver (client or any other person authorized to drive, according to these rental conditions is covered only by collision with other vehicles, with a deductible of: € 500.00. (What is the deductible)
In case of a collision with fault (accident for which you are responsible), Autonoleggio Ragusa will charge in addition to the above mentioned deductible any expenses for tow trucks and/or other charges directly related to the accident.
In the case of an accident caused by others (no fault of the driver) Autonoleggio Ragusa will provide FREE replacement car in the shortest time possible, and if necessary a transfer service to bring our customers to their hotel / domicile.

N.2 In any case, the company Autonoleggio Ragusa is not responsible to the client, the driver and members of their families for injuries and damages of any kind, including economic injury, suffered by them in persons or property as a result, direct or indirect, of accident attributable to the fault of the driver, in defective operation of the vehicle or traffic accidents caused by manufacturing defects. In any case, the company Autonoleggio Ragusa can not be held responsible for any kind of damage to the vehicle (even inside its passenger compartment). The objects left by anyone in the vehicle returned to the company Autonoleggio Ragusa are considered abandoned and the company Autonoleggio Ragusa is not obliged to guard them and return them. The client declares to know, accept and undertake to respect the provisions of the insurance policy.

N.3 Theft: no deductible is provided in case of theft.

N.4 vandalism, glass: deductible: €950.00 assimilated to the deductible under point 1

N.5 the client in case of theft is obliged to bring back the keys of the vehicle, in case he is not able to bring back the keys he will be held responsible and he will have to compensate the company Autonoleggio Ragusa for the entire value of the vehicle.

N.6 the client or who is authorized to drive is required to reimburse the company Autonoleggio Ragusa, the damage caused by himself without collision with other vehicles, called autonomous: overturning, off the road, collision with houses, fences, walls or other.. Damage caused by personal negligence both inside the vehicle: burns, stains, broken upholstery and others. And outside the vehicle: bodywork, mechanical parts, suspensions, tyres, rims, etc., plus the cost of admission to the garage.

N.7 the client declares that he/she is aware of, accepts and undertakes to respect the provisions of the insurance policy including the above exclusions of liability.
Pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the undersigned declares that he/she specifically approves the previous rental conditions as per n.1,2,3,4,5,6,7, which are reproduced above.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental Autonoleggio Ragusa reserves the right to retain the deposit (equal to 30% of the amount) as compensation for the missed rental. In the event that the customer intends to use a different service (other rental or taxi service operated by one of the partners of Autonoleggio Ragusa) the deposit can be used as a deposit for the new service.
